HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

I want to wish all my family, friends, and bloggy friends a very "Happy Thanksgiving" to you and your family! I feel extremely blessed to be spending my Thanksgiving with my loved ones. Our dinner menu will consist of:

Turkey (as long as it doesn't dry out like the one on Christmas Vacation)

Stuffing (I cook it in the Turkey)

Mashed Potato's (the only time of year that I don't use red potato's and I actually have to peel them...I enjoy peeling as much as I enjoy ironing)

Gravy (yes, the lumpy kind if I am the one making it)

Martian Heads (brussel sprouts in butter sauce)

Corn

Cole Slaw (for my brother Brian)

Green Bean Casserole...who doesn't have this?? (Thanks Melissa!)

Sweet Potato Casserole (first time making it so we will see how that goes)

Pickle and Olive Dish (Thanks Mom)

Cranberry Sauce (the kind in the can that comes out shaped like the can and even has the ring indentations in it)

Home Made Apple, Pumpkin, and Cherry Pie with Crumb Topping and the very best part...Whipped Cream

Oh...and Dinner Rolls (Thanks again Mom...love that I have help!)

About an hour after dinner I will have my traditional bottle of Rolaids, complain heavily about how awful my tummy feels and how bad my feet hurt, with the knowledge that this immature whining will totally get me out of kitchen clean-up!

Hope you have a wonderful day with your loved ones too!!
